HOW TO FIGHT A GOOD FIGHT OF FAITH

 

             1Timothy 1:17,19

17.This charge I commit unto thee son Timothy according to the prophesies which went before on thee that thou by them might war a good warfare

 19.Holding faith and a good conscience which some having put away concerning faith have made shipwreck.

"The prophesies they received never came true in their lives because they are not holding faith that enforces it's fulfillment.

I am not just talking about  talking faith, holding to it.  

Faith is the principal weapon in your quest to see prophesies fulfilled. 

1 Timothy6:12 

 ''Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life whereunto thou art also called and hast professed a good profession before many witness''. 

Luke1:45

''And blessed is she that believed for there shall be a performance of those things which were told to her from the lord.'' 

There cannot be a performance from the lord until there is faith.

It  is faith at work in your life that commits God to perform his word. 

You have been enlisted to fight the good fight of faith to lay hold of what the lord has appointed you from the foundation of the world. 

You are enlisted to fight a good fight of faith to see your portion released into your hands

Hebrews 11: 6 

''Butwithout faith it is impossible to please him, for he that cometh to God must believe that he is and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him'' 

Faith is not an option, it is an obligation.

You must believe that God is and that he is the re-warder of them that diligently seek him.

As a prophet I have come to discover over the years that prophesy is God's established agenda and faith is what qualifies you to walk in the realities of that agenda.

Without faith the agenda is dormant and cannot deliver. 

Imagine you swimming in the realm of the spirit where sickness have no right over you and you become a star in the kingdom 

The attention of God secures a place for you 24/7 

Everytime you approach heaven God pay attention

Imagine you having God's attention 24/7 all throughout the year.

There is no free provision in life, if you want to take free delivery of this package the bible says you have been appointed to fight a good fight of faith to lay hold on your inheritance in Christ.

The former thing have come to you and a new thing have been declared opened.

Whatever God says must surely come to pass(Mark9:23)

No matter how impossible a thing is God have concluded a new restoration to you this month.

Any enemy that will not let you go today is declared to die in Jesus name.

 WHY MUST I ENGAGE IN THIS FIGHT OF FAITH

1. Every God's Plan in our life always attract devil attention for resistance :

1 Corinthians 16:9

"for a great door and effectual is opened unto me and there many adversaries".

Deut 2:24

"rise ye up take your journey and pass over the river Arnon behold I have given into thine hands Sihon the Amorites, king of Hesbon and his land, begin to possess and contend with him in battle"

I have given you but he will resist it but you must contend with him in battle. God has opened unto us a great door and affectual but there's a devil to contend. In order for you to win you must put up a fight. Ephesians 6:16Above all taking the shield of faith wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.  "Above all taking the shield of faith holding faith to block the attacks of the wicked”

You need to silence the devil, quench the fire of opposition and to facilitate the forceful delivery of your portion, this is why you need to put up a fight. Mathhew 11:12 

"the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence and the violent take it by force”.

           Hebrew 11:32-35 

“and what shall I more say? For time would fail me    to tell of Gideon and of Barak and Sampson and of Jephthah, of David also and of the prophets”.

Verse 33. “Who through faith subdued kingdoms wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouth of Lions”.

Verse 34.“Quenched e violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword out of weakness were made strong, waxed valiant in fight, turned to flight the arrives of the aliens”.

                   WATCH THIS MESSAGE 

verse 35. "Women received their dead raised to life again and others were tortured, not accepting, deliverance, that they might obtain a better resurrection”.

The lord delivered his servants who trusted in him and authorities was established”.

Daniel 6:33

“Then was the king exceedingly glad for him and commanded that they should take Daniel up out of the den of lions. So Daniel was taken up out of the den and no manner of hurt was found upon him because he believed in his God”. 

Danielh the strong oppositions but his faith was strong to possess it.

Faith is what defines your spiritual strength: if your faith fails in the days of battle it means your strength is small.

Proverbs 24: 10

“If thou faint in the day of adversity thy strength is small.

Those who do know their God shall be strong and do exploit (Daniel 11:37). And everyman of exploit are men of faith. 

Strength  is a function of faith. The quality of your faith is what defines your strength. And the quality of your strength is what determines the exploits that you can do.

 The opposition to God’s agenda in your life is very stiff, so your faith must be strong enough to, disarm the opposition. That’s why you must put a fight.

2. It is only the hand of the lord that can fulfill his plans for your life.

1kings 8:15

“And he said blessed be the Lord God of Israel which spake with his mouth unto David my father and hath with his hands fulfilled it saying”. 

It takes faith to provoke the hand of God. 

Isaiah57:1-3

“Harken unto me ye who follow after righteousness, ye that seek the lord look unto the rock whence ye are hewn and to the hole of the pit whence ye are digged. 

look unto Abraham your father and unto Sarah that dare you, for I called him alone and blessed him and increased him.

“ For the lord shall comfort Zion he will comfort all her waste places and he will make her wilderness like Eden and her like the garden of the Lord, joy and gladness shall be found therein, thanksgiving and voice of melody ".
