Be courageous to possess your possession

Joshua 1:6-9

6. Be strong and of a good courage: for unto this people shalt thou divide for an inheritance the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give them.

7. Only be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest prosper withersoever thou goest.

8. This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.

9. Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.

Courage is the quality of Mind or spirit that enables a person to face difficulty, danger, pains, challenges and so on without fear.

Courage is another word for Bravery. It takes Courage to succeed in life.

You cannot enter your Promise Land without courage.

Numbers 13:30

And Caleb stilled the people before Moses, and said, Let us go up at once, and possess it; for we are well able to overcome it.

Courage made Caleb and Joshua to standout in life.

Success is succeeding in succeesion. It is the accomplishment of the purpose. It is an adventure not a Destination.

Every striking and lasting success begins with the word of God. What the word of God does is to show you what you must do to do to be able to get to your success.

Joshua 1:8 says, this book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.

Success is as commanded not convenient. Most times the reason we are not succeeding is that we do selective application of what is commanded. To succeed you must be careful to do all that is commanded.

The four striking Principles from Joshua 1:8 is:

Declaration, Meditation, Observation and Motion

Joshua 1:3 says

, every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have I given unto you, as I said unto Moses.

God has given you the opportunity to possess all, but you have a role to play.

These verses restated the need for believers to be strong and of good courage.

Without a brave heart you cannot make a mark on the earth..

God's Kingdom Flourishes with overwhelming wealth, unending Prosperity and outstanding in life.

Luke17:21 says, neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

The kingdom of God is inside you.

How can you have the Prince of peace inside you and not go far in life? What it takes to transform this world I to heaven is already inside of you.

The greatest challenge of many christians is refusing to Develop their minds with possibility thoughts. The have refused to agree with God's word through their minds.

Proverbs 23:7 says, for as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee.

Romans 12:2 says, and be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Courage is individualistic, you need to have your own courage. There is no such thing as collective courage.

The man called Franklyn Delano Roosevelt, the 32nd President of the United States of America had a Polio as a child and was handicapped yet not deterred. He was the president in the history of America that was elected four times.

He was physically handicapped but mentally strong.

You are not handicapped until your brain stopped working.

Ephesians 6:10 says,  finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.

Refuse to crawl when you can fly.

Pharaoh never asked Joseph where he came from neither did he  know his parents when he made him a prime Minister.

Stop talking about problems, do not find faults, find remedy 

Every solution you find makes you a success.

Take time to study your neighborhood, your city, your country then find a problem to solve.

There is no  challenge you can't handle. Do not surrender your ability to Satanic intimation. Be strong because you can make it happen.

Remember, whatever you do not pursue you cannot possess.

Rise and confront Poverty, Rise and confront failure, acknowledge knowledge because knowledge increases confidence.

If you cry in the battle field you become a casualty.

Reasons For Courage

1. Without courage you cannot taste your Honey.

Judges 1:4 says, and Judah went up; and the Lord delivered the Canaanites and the Perizzites into their hand: and they slew of them in Bezek ten thousand men.

The honey you're looking for is inside that challenge. That challenge is where the solution lies.

2. You cannot enter your Canaan without Courage.

3. To remain in the race you need courage.

Judge 7:1-3

1. Then Jerubbaal, who is Gideon, and all the people that were with him, rose up early, and pitched beside the well of Harod: so that the host of the Midianites were on the north side of them, by the hill of Moreh, in the valley.

2. And the Lord said unto Gideon, The people that are with thee are too many for me to give the Midianites into their hands, lest Israel vaunt themselves against me, saying, Mine own hand hath saved me.

3. Now therefore go to, proclaim in the ears of the people, saying, Whosoever is fearful and afraid, let him return and depart early from mount Gilead. And there returned of the people twenty and two thousand; and there remained ten thousand.

4. To get to your next level you need courage.
